Windgate Associates has an immediate need for a Warranty Manager to handle all Warranty issues at a FL based Marine repair facility.
- Managing open RO's, closed RO's, flat rating, unpaid warranty claims.
- Resolving WIP and open warranty issues with Service Maanger, creating reports and making operational recommendations.
- Supervising Waranty Administrators. Interviewing, hiring and training.
- Experience with Excel, MS Outlook, and Word. Specific experience with Warranty Claims.
- Specific experience in Marine industry.
- Occasional travel to client sites in Alabama, Louisiana and Carolinas will be required.
